Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Thursday, January 10 from 2-8 PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be offered at St. John’s Church, 94 Ridge St., Orange, on Friday, January 11 at 10 AM followed by the entombment service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
Ethel worked as a switchboard operator first at Mountainside Hospital and then at St. Barnabas Medical Center, from which she retired eight years ago. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She cherished holidays at home and vacations at the Jersey Shore surrounded by her loving family. In addition, she derived great pleasure from her beloved dogs.
Ethel was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years, Richard. She is survived by her devoted children, Richard A. and his wife Gaye, Janice Allen and her husband Stephen, Michael J. and his wife Lorraine, and Stephen T. and his wife Paula; her loving grandchildren, Stephen Allen and his wife Christi, Michael Allen and his wife Kirsten, Christopher Allen and his wife Judite , Daniel Allen and his wife Larissa, Tracie Esporian and her husband Brad, Dennis Fasulo, Jaclyn Conca and her husband Phil, Michael Fasulo and his fiancé Jillian Mele , Jillian Fasulo ,Stephen Fasulo and his wife Sandy, and Emily and Katie Fasulo; and her cherished great grandchildren, Emma, Caroline, Elise, Isabella, Nathan, Benjamin, Mila, Gabriella, Brielle, and Trent.
