Elizabeth F. DeMeo

Elizabeth DeMeo (nee Manna), age 91, passed away on May 31, 2024. Betty was born on March 16, 1933 in Orange, NJ, to Frank and Elizabeth Manna. Elizabeth (Betty) graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Montclair.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Louis DeMeo. Betty is also survived by her three sons, Michael, Anthony (and his wife Pilar) and Robert DeMeo. Loving grandmother to Anthony DeMeo, Jr. and Dana Slocum, and her great granddaughter, Gia Slocum. She is also survived by her sisters, Antoinette Andolino, Alba Froat, her brother Anthony Manna and many nieces and nephews. Betty was predeceased by her sister, Anna Crann and her brother, Frank Manna.

Her greatest joy in life was her family.

Visitation will be held at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, on Sunday, June 9th from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 10th at St. Philomena R.C. Church, 396 S. Livingston Ave., Livingston at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover.
