Virginia Oneal Dyer, 88, of Little Rock, died February 21, 2017. Born November 3, 1928 at Tuckerman, Arkansas, she was the daughter of James H. and Anna Lucille Taylor Turner. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jay Bee Dyer, and infant sister, Lou Alice Turner, she is survived by her son, William Riley Adcock of Little Rock; brothers, James Lester Turner of St. Charles, MO, and Donald Richard Turner of Baker, Florida; sisters, Carrol Ann Walton (James Dean) of Newport, AR, Phyllis Lynn Holder (Bob) of Mabelvale, AR, and Leslie Kay Gourley of Washington, OK and several nieces and nephews.
