Tim was his Granny’s special little chocolate drop, it became obvious that Tim was gifted with so many of his Grandmother’s characteristic traits, signature style, and abundance of love to serve people. He was also blessed to have a multitude of extended family in his childhood, The Daniels family matriarchs Porky Pie, and Narcisse gracefully considered him as one of their own grandchildren.
Tim’s educational story began in first grade where he attended Arkansas Baptist school in their inaugural year. He attended Hall High, where he had passions in music and culinary, but he soon realized his destiny would be in culinary when he became more interested in Metropolitan Culinary Apprentice Program. He went on to graduate from Hall High, and he won gold medals in both in state and out of state Culinary Olympics which granted him a Scholarship for the American Institute of Culinary Arts (AICA) in Atlanta, GA. While at AICA he began to grow into his own, and he began to birth amazing creativity and commitment to the food industry.
Upon finishing his studies at AICA, he worked for a prestigious restaurant group, and would then become the Head Chef for Ultimate Events Catering Inc. When his Aunt Evette purchased Restaurant 1620, she made one phone call and he moved back to Little Rock, AR where he was the Executive Chef and General Manager for 16 years. Tim would then venture on to help develop and create amazing food for RH Catering, an epicurean full service catering company.
While pursuing his career Tim, united in marriage to Veronica. They became the proud parents of two beautiful baby girls, Kamryn came first followed by Kennedy and to him they will always be known as “My Baby Girls”.
“Oh my God” how he loved preparing the best of foods for grand events. He spent many years mastering his art and using his unique creativity for preparation of menus, orchestrating ideas from conception to precise execution. He loved crafting of foods from farm to table, different cuisine styles and ethnic food groups. He also loved his clients, staff and had so many momentous memories that he took home to glory with him.
Like it or not everyone realized Tim’s passion for food. He was very happy with the full life that he lived.
“Until we meet again, we love you Tim Tim”

God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around you and whispered “come to me”
Golden heart stopped beating hard
Working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best
Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair.
Perhaps you sent those beautiful flowers, that we saw sitting there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say.
Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day.
Whatever you did to console our hearts we thank you so much for whatever part.
