Marco Antonio Avila, a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, for 15 years, was born April 18, 1993, died July 5, 2014. He was a former resident of Salinas, California. He has been called to our Heavens to join his grandmother, Ruthie Cerda and brothers, Victor Gomez, Jesus Aguilar and Francisco Aguilar. May his soul rest in peace. He will be missed by many. Survived by his mother, Angelina Avila, sister, Vanessa Salas (Refugio); brothers, Felipe Garcia (Tammy Huffman, fiancée), Miguel Velasco (Katherine); and many nieces and nephews, Kalissa, Kobe`, Victor, Marie, Athena, Alexis, Manuel, Moses (Boogie), Evan, TJ and Zoey. Viewing will be 4:00pm until 8:00pm, Tuesday, July 15, 2014; with funeral services scheduled for 10:00am, Wednesday, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, with Father Mark Wood officiating.
