L. Stanley Robertson Jr.

Larry “Stanley” Robertson, Jr., 39, of Little Rock passed away November 23, 2015 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. He was born February 5, 1976 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Stanley was a graduate of Little Rock Central High School, class of 1994. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Philander Smith College, class of 2006. He was currently a driver with Armstrong Transportation and Trailer Service out of Memphis, TN. He is survived by his parents, Larry “Stump” and Audron Robertson; children: Harrison and Madison; sister, Andrea Robertson-Taylor (Eric); niece, Ashton; uncle, Reginald Spears (Lucille); two aunts, Addie Bogan and Gail Robertson: and cousins: Dr. Katrina Spears-Babcock, Dr. Shaintay Spears-Abudu, Monique Bogan and Kyle Bogan. Visitation will be held Friday, December 4, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, AR 72204. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Second Baptist Church, 6111 West 83rd St. Little Rock, AR 72209. The family will receive guests at Crowne Plaza Little Rock, 201 S. Shackelford Road Little Rock AR 72221, on Friday and Saturday in the Blair Room.
