Bill A. Brucks, 90, of Little Rock, entered into Heaven on Aug 21, 2020 with his loving, faithful and devoted wife of 70 years by his side. He was born July 16, 1930, the son of Theodore and Edna Mae Hixson Brucks. Proceeded in death by his parents; and his sister, Teddy Mae Brucks Pulley, he is survived by his wife of 70 years, Chloe Ann Mowrey Brucks; 3 sons, Ted, Al, and Kent Brucks; 1 daughter, Glenda “Sissi” Brucks Harrison; sister, Jackie Brucks Hinson; 9 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren; 2 nephews; 7 nieces; 2 dogs, Junior and Cali; and a yard full of friends and neighbors.
He served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War. A retired electrician of local 295, he was a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church were he helped with construction of all of the buildings. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Auugust 25, 2020 in the vestibule of Crystal Hill Baptist Church, Crystal Valley Road & Lawson Road, Little Rock with a graveside service following at 11:30 a.m. at Crystal Hill Cemetery.
