Anna Mae Allen, 98, passed away February 16, 2024, in Highlandville, MO. She was born August 12, 1925 in Mabelvale, Arkansas to the late Bert and Lydia (Turner) Marsh. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Milton V. Allen; son, Marvin Allen; daughter, Anna Howell; and five siblings.
Anna enjoyed many hobbies including photography, sewing, crocheting, playing Canasta with her friends, TOPS, and being involved in church activities as a member of Life Line Baptist Church in Little Rock. She loved all animals, but was especially attached to cats. Tom was her feline companion for the last few years.
Those left to cherish the memories of Anna include her sons, Charles “Chuck” (Linda) Allen and Bert “Dewayne” (Charlotte) Allen; son-in-law Dick Howell; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; as well as several extended family members and close friends.
