Following graduation from Mount Vernon High School, Class of 1963, Peter joined the US Army where he proudly served. After his service, he began working with Verizon and retired in 1990 as a district manager.
Peter moved to Longs in 2014 from Binghamton, NY. It was here that he met and fell in love with Karen Taylor. He had a passion for cooking and was an expert in the kitchen where he would make delectable dinners for him and Karen as well as lots of friends. He did all the cooking and Karen did the cleaning. Known as the “Mayor of Ashley Manor Drive”, Peter had the personality to make those around him laugh out loud. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed a good book that he would share with others after he read it.
