Joseph Guy Beck

Joseph Guy Beck, age 59, of Tabor City, North Carolina passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Born on October 1, 1963 in Port Arthur, Texas he was a son of the late Milton and Joyce Beck of Marion, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his parents along with his wife, Theresa Page Beck; brother, Kenneth Donald Blackwood; great-nephew, Tristan Hicks. Survivors include his children, Joshua G. Beck of Tabor City, Joseph C. Beck of Tabor City, Courtney Beck of Ash, North Carolina; siblings, John August Beck (Elizabeth) of Sumter, South Carolina, Richard Connor Beck, Katherine Elise Beck, Krystal Joi Cook (David), Robyn Elizabeth Beck all of Conway, South Carolina; granddaughter, Brielle Christiana Beck of Ash; along with several nieces and nephews.

Joseph was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served his country honorably for four years. Joseph was a family man who cherished each moment spent with his beloved family and friends. He loved joking and sharing a laugh with others. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching Star Trek and listening to country music.
