For me Jane was an instant friend ! We worked together at Fresh Produce and had the best time working together. We went to Calbash NC for lunch and then on to Christmas Store . Those Memories will always be with me. Love you always! Annette

so sad to learn of the sudden passing of your dear wife mother and grandmother.  I just learned of this from Christine Schimp who taught at penn college with Jane . I have fond memories of Jane singing with her in folk group at St Lawrence

I was a student of Mrs. Benedict in the associate degree program at Penn College.  She was a wonderful instructor for me. She was always very supportive and encouraged me to continue my education as a nurse educator.  

Jane was an excellent educator and mentor. She set the bar high for her students and those she mentored. She definitely has left a very large footprint on the Nursing profession. It was an honor to know her. 

To Mike and Family,
I am so sad to hear of Jane’s passing.   We always loved seeing you come into the restaurant after Church on Sundays and watching you enjoying your time together as a family.  It has been our pleasure to get to know you all the last 7 years and become friends.   She always radiated around you all and can see the pure joy in her eyes as you spent time together. Jane I will always remember how devoted you were with your nursing students and how you taught them to be caring and to provide excellence in their nursing care.  I know how much you loved your family and how much they must miss you.  I am praying for them and for you.  You were taken too soon. 

Mike and I are so sorry to hear of Jane’s passing. We always had fun singing in the St Lawrence Folk Group , South Williamsport. Prayers to the family.

I am so sad to hear of Jane’s passing. I know she loved retirement and time with her family. I know her most as a fabulous nursing instructor. She cared. She had impeccable standards. That’s what inspired students to always strive to do their best in service to others….as she always has.  Much love to your family at this sad time.

I met Jane when I went to work at tangers and we instantly  became good friends! The whole team at the store became family and  we had so much fun together! She was strong in her faith and loved her family so much. She always talked about her grandchildren who were her whole world! I admired her ability to stand up for what she believed in no matter what others thought. She will be missed. But I know she is in her heavenly home and happy!

I meet Jane  a few years ago at Fresh Produce we worked together and had the Best time. I just Loved her .  We laughed, cryed and became friends . I will miss  going out to lunch.
