Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Elouise. Jimmy was a loving and doting husband who adored his “precious baby, Toot”. Also surviving Jimmy, Daughter, Vickie Waddell (Terry), Son, Randy Brewer (Roxanne), Grandson, Chris Waddell (Mechelle) all of North Myrtle Beach.

Jimmy was born in North Wilkesboro, NC and lived there until moving to Little River, SC 7 years ago.

A driver for Holly Farms for 50 years, retired twice from the same position. He was a dedicated active member of Rachel Baptist Church in Roaring River, NC, where he served as Deacon for 50 years.

Jimmy loved being with his family, fishing (mostly napping) on the banks of Roaring River, camping, watching his beloved Atlanta Braves and Wake Forest.

The family would like to express extreme appreciation for the staff at Embrace Hospice House.

A service will be held at Rachel Baptist Church in Roaring River at a date to be determined.
