Hyson Ellis Bellamy, Jr., 79, died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center.
Born on March 25, 1937 in Conway, SC, he was the son of the late Hisen Ellis and Blanche Livingston Bellamy, Sr.
Mr. Bellamy is survived by his wife of 55 years, Esther Mae Smith Bellamy; son, Michael Ellis Bellamy; daughter, Lisa B. Willard (Joe) and sister, Jacquelin McBride. He is predeceased by his brother, Merlin Bellamy and sister, Nelda Brachard.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 pm on Saturday, June 4 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be private with the family.
