Born on July 13, 1941, in Boston, Massachusetts, Gary was the son of the late Donato and Adeline (Sapienza) Grieco. After his honorable discharge from the United States Army Reserves, Gary embarked on a lifelong career as an entrepreneur. He began his professional journey as a broker with PaineWebber Brokerage, where he discovered his passion for helping smaller, local companies go public. Gary's career took him to many cities, most notably Las Vegas and Cleveland, OH before he eventually settled in Little River, South Carolina, in 2018. It was there that he retired as Chairman of the Board for Paradigm Conversion Technology (PCT).
Gary married Carole Arnold on October 27, 1990, and they celebrated more than 34 years of marriage. Together, they traveled extensively throughout the United States and around the world. Gary was also an avid golfer, enjoying the game throughout his life and as well as an accomplished chef.
Above all, Gary cherished his family. He was deeply devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren, and the memories they created together will forever be treasured.
In addition to his wife Carole, Gary is survived by his children: Gregory Grieco, Bradley Grieco (Jennifer Kay), Jeffrey Grieco (Lee), and Rebecca Nicholas (Ray); as well as his grandchildren: Ashley, Riley, Sam, Dylan, Evan and Daniele. He is also survived by his brother, Donato Grieco, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held this spring in Buffalo, New York.
