Dusten Lee Juel, 22 of Little River cast his farewell line on January 7th, 2023. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and uncle. Dustin loved fishing more than life itself. There wasn’t a pond around here that Dusten hasn’t fished. I am pretty sure he could out fish us all. There wasn’t a sunset that went by that Dusten wasn’t holding a fish in hand. His smile would light up a room and his laughter still rings through the air. He set off on his final fishing journey in this life. If Dusten could say anything to today it would be this.
I’ve Gone Fishing
“I’ve finished life’s chores assigned to me, so put me on a boat headed out to sea. Please send along my fishing pole for I’ve been invited to this fishing hole. Where every day is a day to fish. To fill your heart with every wish. Don’t worry, or feel sad for me I’m fishing with the master of the sea we will miss each other for a while, but you will come bring your smile. That won’t be long you will see till we are together everyone and me. To all of those that think of me be happy as I go out to sea if others wonder why I’m missing just tell them I’ve gone fishing.”
A visitation for Dusten will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory.
