Charlie E. Lassiter III

Charlie “Chuck” E. Lassiter III, age 60, of Little River, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Born on October 1, 1961 in San Antonio, Texas he was the son of the late Charlie and Doris Lassiter.

Survivors include his loving wife for over 16 years, Sharon Lassiter; children, Bryan Lassiter, Brandon Lassiter, Aerin Mires (Jody), Marisa Caruso (Edd), Vanessa Caruso (Rob); grandchildren, Gregory Walker, Gunner Mires, Bayne Mires; sisters, Melanie Eiland, Valerie Lewis (Bob), Carolyn Getting, Pam Knight and Dottie. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents along with his brother, Timothy Knight.

A proud Texan, Chuck met Sharon and relocated to New York. After the two became a couple, Chuck and

Sharon moved to South Carolina where they became husband and wife in 2005. Chuck attended Grace Christian Fellowship Church. He enjoyed writing poetry, watching Sci-Fi and westerns, playing on his computer and fishing. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Grace Christian Fellowship Church with a luncheon to follow.
