Betty Ann Burgess, age 85, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Born in Granite Quarry, North Carolina, on December 31, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Annie Lee Foster.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Burgess, brother, John Foster (Treva), six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents along with her husband, Robert Burgess, son, Robert Burgess, daughter, Brenda Burgess and brother, Lester Foster.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory. A funeral service and interment will be held at a later date in Salisbury, North Carolina.
