John T. Nagel

John Theodore Nagel (Jack), 66, 37 year Lisle resident, entered into eternal life May 10, 2011. Born in Chicago. Beloved husband of 43 years to Kathleen Nagel, nee O’Brien; loving father of Carrie (Justin) Clark and John B. (Linda) Nagel; proud grandfather of Liam Clark, Morgan Clark and Lillie Nagel. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Survived by his sister Beverly (Ed) Grahn. Jack was preceded in death by his parents John E. and Sarah Nagel and his mother and father-in-law, Marguerite and William J. O’Brien C.F.D. and brother-in-law of the late Bill (Jane) O’Brien. Jack was a member of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters for 40 years. Jack served in the Army in Germany.Visitation Fri.,May 13, 3-9 pm, Mr. Nagel will lie-in-state 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service Sat. 11:00 am. at Trinity Lutheran Church 1101 Kimberly way, Lisle.
