John MacDiarmid, age 78. Beloved husband of Kathy (nee Price). Loving dad of James (Stacy Cochran), Scott (Lisa), and Robert. Proud grandpa Evan, Alex, and Dylan. Cherished brother of Carol (John) Sprengel and Patricia Jankoski. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents, Irene (Edward) and James, and his siblings, David and Gary. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 3-8pm with military honors at 7pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (5015 Lincoln Ave. Lisle, IL. There will be a memorial luncheon for John at Suparossa Restaurant (6310 S, IL-53, Woodridge, IL 60517) from noon-3pm on Sunday, February 10.
