Waleska Velez

Waleska Velez, age 48, of Linden, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Waleska was an amazing women and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was known for her optimistic outlook at life and would put her loved one's well being before her own. Her love for her family was unmatched. Waleska loved all animals, going to the zoo and aquariums with her son Jose and enjoyed taking long walks, where she would enjoy a cigar and enjoy the simple things in life.

Waleska is survived by son Jose Mendez, mother Lydia Tirado, father Vincent Tirado Jr., brothers Vincent "Benny" Tirado and Ramon Velez Chavez, sister Angela Velez, and her dog Pancho Velez.

A visitation for Waleska will be held Monday, November 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A funeral will take place on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM, St. Gertrude Cemetery, 53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067.
