Thomas Roman

Thomas Roman, 66, of Linden, N.J. passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown surrounded by his loving family. Thomas was born in Elizabeth N.J. to the late John and Ella Matilda (Stasi) Roman. Mr. Roman was employed for 23 yrs. at General Motors Linden, in the body shop department. He also was a baker for most of his life working along side his father, John, at Saraceno's Bakery, Elizabeth. Thomas was the beloved husband for 40 years of Melinda (Dowling) Roman, devoted father of Danielle "Dee" Roman and her husband John Horvath, Brian Thomas Roman and John Francis Roman, loving brother of Ronald Roman and his wife Lori, Darrlyn Araneo, Joyce Glennon and her husband Anthony, Janet Butfiloski, Karen Roman, and the late Warren Roman, Barry Roman, Myrna Saraceno, Dennis Roman,Frank Butfiloski, and godson, Thomas Butfiloski,cherished grandfather of Finn Carter, Dear brother-In-Law of Robin, Elaine, and Bernadette Roman, and also survived by 25 nieces, and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 E. St. George Avenue, Linden, N.J. from 5:00-9:00PM. A memorial funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 7, 9:30am directly at St. Elizabeth R.C. Church, Linden. Inurnment will follow in Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth.
