Margarita was a caring woman who inspired us to understand the beauty of love and selflessness. Everyone loved her for the strong woman who constantly fought for those who meant the world to her.
She had the talented cooking touch of her mother and loved her kitchen gadgets. Some of the family's favorite recipes were her Thanksgiving Stuffing, Christmas Pernil and Pepper Steak.
She was an incredible individual who brought strength, laughter, love, brightness and happiness to those around her.
She had a phenomenal work ethic, starting with Big W and throughout many name changes, ending with Stop n Shop at 42 years of service. Simultaneously, owning Fantasy Novelty Party Shop in Elizabeth for 37 years; where she loved creating with ribbon and glue.
Coming from a Roman Catholic background, she may not have been an active Catholic but we all know she carried Jesus in her heart. She was compassionate, sympathetic and strongly loved by her family.
