Eloisa M. Garcia, 87, of Union City New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17, 2020. Eloisa was born on October 17, 1932 in Havana, Cuba, to the late Catalina Martin and Arturo Martin. Eloisa was an embroidery designer for many years.
Private funeral arrangements were entrusted to Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home.
