Carolyn A Milewski

Carolyn A. (Kwiatek) Milewski, 83, of Bayville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 23, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Carolyn was born in Elizabeth, N.J., on November 4, 1938, to Stanley and Stella Kwiatek. She graduated in 1956 from from Battin High School, Elizabeth. After graduation, Carolyn was employed at Western Electric in Kearny, N.J., and also worked at her parents' family business, Blue Moon Tavern in Elizabeth, N.J. She later was employed for many years at the National State Bank Corporate Center in Linden, N.J.

Carolyn was a longtime communicant of St. Hedwig Church, Elizabeth. in 1960, she was the first bride to be married in the new edifice of St. Hedwig Church to her loving husband, Raymond.

Carolyn was a member of the Young Ladies Sodality and Altar Rosary Society. In later years, Carolyn was Chairwoman of the St. Hedwig Community Carnival.

Through the years, Carolyn resided in Elizabeth, Union and Bayville, N.J. Above all, Carolyn loved and deeply enjoyed being with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 62 years, Raymond Sr.; son Raymond Jr. and his wife, Susan, son Stephen and his wife, Debra, daughter Dianna D'Alessandro and her husband, Tony, son Michael and his wife, Tara; her cherished grandchildren, Stephen Milewski Jr. and his fiancee, Sarah Barr, Kathryn and Raymond Milewski III, Anthony and Marissa D'Alessandro, Michael Jr. and Sophia Milewski. Carolyn also is survived by her brother, Stanley Kwiatek Jr. and his wife, Barbara, and her sister, Eleanore Schneider.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visiting on Friday, May 27, 2022, 4:00-8:00 pm at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 E St. George Ave, Linden, N.J. (908)352-9190. Funeral to follow on Saturday, May 28, 2022, 9:00 am from the funeral home. Mass will be held at St. Hedwig Church, Elizabeth, N.J. at 10:00 am. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Linden, N.J.
