Benjamin Galvez, 97, of Kenilworth, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Benjamin was born in Cuba, on December 25, 1923 to his late parents Isabel (Villanova) and Edwardo Galvez. Benjamin was a case worker in New York City for 25 years retiring in 1989. Benjamin came to the United States in 1962.
Benjamin was the beloved husband of Aurora Galvez, who passed away on March 16, 2021. He is survived by son, Jorge and his wife Olga, Maritza Matlosz and her husband Joseph, Anne Aguirre and her husband Peter, Benjamin and his wife Susan. Cherished grandfather of Kelsey, Jonathan, Gregory, Sara, Amanda, Melissa, Erica and Julian, great grandfather of Addison, Jax and Alexia.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visiting on Saturday, April 17, 2021 3:00-6:00 pm at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden. Prayer service will be held at 4:30pm. Cremation will be held privately.
