Aurora (Llera) Galvez, 89, of Kenilworth, passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Born in Santander, Spain, she came to the United States and resided in Elizabeth since 1962, moving to Kenilworth in 2012.
Mrs. Galvez was a machine operator for Schering Plough in Kenilworth for 20 years, retiring in 1993.
Aurora was the beloved wife of Benjamin Galvez, devoted mother of Jorge and his wife Olga, Maritza Matlosz and her husband Joseph, Anne Aguirre and her husband Peter, Benjamin and his wife Susan. Cherished grandmother of Kelsey, Jonathan, Gregory, Sara, Amanda, Melissa, Erica and Julian, great grandmother of Addison, Jax and Alexia.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visiting on Thursday, March 18, 2021, 4:00-8:00 pm at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, Linden. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm. Cremation private.
