Anita Marie (Reed) Wadiak was a loving wife, Mother, sister and friend. She entered her heavenly home on December 29, 2023.
She was born to Ruth Agnes Coogan and William Thomas Reed and shared a memorable childhood with her seven siblings (Ronnie, Bobby, Billy, Ruth, Rita, Marian and Sharon). After graduating from Carteret High School, Anita married Richard Wadiak and they had three daughters; namely Deborah, Denise and Dawn.
Anita dedicated twenty five years of service to skilled administration management and retired from her federal career with the United States Department of Agriculture in 2006.
Anita will be most remembered for her unwavering faith, and love for her Heavenly Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She raised her children in faith that was based upon a love for Jesus and a desire to live her life wholly dependent upon Him.
She is survived by Deborah and James Angley and their children; Grand children:
James & Kaitlyn Angley Ryan Angley
Great grandchildren:
Theodore and Emma Angley.
Denise and Charles Smith and their children; Grandchildren: Jeremy and Corin Kudisch, Jackie LaVigne and Joshua and Jacob Smith.
Dawn and Salvatore Chillon and their children; Grandchildren: Victoria, Ariella and Olivia Chillon.
Anita loved her family and spending time with all of her grandchildren. She was a woman of prayer which greatly impacted and changed the trajectory of many peoples lives and she will forever be missed this side of eternity.

A wake will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Krowicki McCracken Funeral of 2124 East St. George’s Avenue in Linden, NJ from 5:30-8:30.
A funeral service is being held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at Krowicki McCracken funeral home of 2124 East St. George’s Avenue in Linden, New Jersey followed by burial at St. James Cemetery in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
A Celebration of Life Service & Dinner will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from
3:00 - 6:00 at Calvary Tabernacle Church
