Ted enjoyed computer games, westerns, Sci-fi, cartoons, going for walks, 49'ers, Husker football, grandchildren/family, the mountains, nature and simplicity. He served in all four branches of the military and retired after 20+ years of service. Ted served in the Korean War and served during Desert Storm. He was a dreamer and thoroughly enjoyed life. He had a great sense of humor and when you asked him how he was his response was always "I think I'll live if I don't die first".
Survived by wife Lois of Lincoln, son Wayne (Jennifer) of Lincoln, son Ken (Linda) of Norfolk, daughter Sharon Wilcox (Aaron Flynn) of Lincoln. Grandchildren Jessica Wilcox (Vince Earl), Jason (Chelsea) Wilcox, Marcus Wilcox, Noah Wilcox, Hannah Wilcox, Isaac Wilcox, Ayden Wilcox, Brekyn Flynn
Great granddaughter Campbell Wilcox. Sister-in-law Judy Patterson and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth Patterson and granddaughter Jamie Lee Wilcox.
