Remembering Stanley  today. Just doesn't seem like its been this long. Othen think of him.

Remembering  Stanley today. Just don't seem like its  been a whole year.  The hunting trips, fishing trips were just some of the great things we shared. Spent many years working for or with him.  Think of you often Stanley and may God always be with you.

Glad I  had the chance to go with Stan on the 4 wheeler in July that Saturday night while we were camping . I got my last ride with Stan on the river that I will always remember.

Our thoughts are with you today & always. Together our families have shared so many special memories from the River house, junk jaunting, holidays, laughing at Stan’s antics & witty comments. Life as we knew it, will never be the same. I pray we find comfort in our memories, knowing Stan is now free of pain & at peace with our Heavenly Father. “God only takes the best”. My heart goes out to all the family. I have such fun memories of Stan. Memories that still to this day, make me giggle. May LOVE, peace and memories surround you all and comfort you always. 

New Stanley only as a young boy. Full of mischief as you can imagine. Aways places to go and things to see and Stanley ways always the leader. Wish I could have gotten know him better.

Stanley, I knew if I kept looking I'd  find more pictures of the times we shared. The pictures only tell the story then.  The driving trips , the dinners, the laughing and carrying on we did, only we will know those stories now. You know, sometimes,  those are the best kept secrets between friends. Thank god for cameras. We should of taken more pictures. Here are a few. 

Stan was such a good man. He always had a smile for you even when you thought things were getting tough. Somehow he could always see the lighter side of everything. So many good times I remember having with him hunting, fishing, or just sitting around. He loved telling me I must love drinking dog water when I'd show up with Miller Lite. I can truly say, I owe him so much for the guidance he gave me. Stan will be so dearly missed by many but for me I think I'll remember all the GREAT times we had. Heaven really did gain a good man. I am so sorry for your loss.  Larry 

So sad to hear of Stan's passing.  Sympathy to all.  Growing up-- I remember Stan as always full of life-- having fun and lots of ideas!!  Time goes too fast and the last time we visited at his home near Lincoln was 30? some years ago.  May He rest in peace and God Bless!

It has been 3 or 4 summers since I stopped by to see my neighbor, Stan, by the Niobrara. He was out and checking on things, but took the time to visit. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his loved ones.


Stan always had a good joke and I enjoyed chatting with him while having a beer in his shop. Heading to the river won't be the same. My sympathies to his family, you all are in my prayers.

Stan was a special man -- a man who gave me some really good advice when I needed it the most.  He and Mary made a great couple and  I felt honored to sign the marriage certificate at their wedding!   His passing is sad news to us, and our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Stand was our best man at our wedding in valentine. In 1962 Stan. N jim were  classmates in high school n were into a lot of mischief sorry for your loss
