Mrs. Shirley M Baker

Shirley Mae Baker passed Sunday Oct. 15, 2017 at the Independence House in Lincoln, Ne. Shirley was born March 14, 1928 to Pearl M.(Rogers) Krantz and Louis Krantz in Talmage,Ne. She moved to Palmyra graduating from Palmyra High School, moved to Lincoln where she met and married Charles Baker in 1948. Shirley retired from Security Mutual Life Insurance Co. She was preceded in death by husband, Charles N Baker, brother, Roger Krantz, and sister, Marilyn Armbruster. Shirley is survived by : daughters - Christine McNulty and Carolyn & Dr. Stephen Thomas, sons - Tom & Mary Baker, Pat & Theresa Baker, as well as 9 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. Public viewing Friday from Noon till 8:00pm. Services: Rosary at Lincoln Memorial 5:30 Friday Oct. 20, 2017 followed by Family greeting guests from 6:00 – 8:00pm. Celebration of life with a Mass at Cathedral of the Risen Christ 3700 Sheridan Blvd. on Saturday October 21,2017 at 10:00am.
