Sandy Runge, Waverly, NE, 68, passed away on February 17, 2019, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born November 11, 1950, in Lincoln to Jack and Wanda Oldfield (Zinsmaster). Former Daycare Operator of Sandy's Daycare in Waverly also worked at Waverly Care Center, Waverly High School, and Walmart. Preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Wanda and stepmother, Dorothy Oldfield and brother, James of Beatrice. Survived by her husband Edward, sons: Nathan Runge; Jeremy Runge and daughter-in-law Lauren Runge and Matthew Runge and daughter-in-law Jessica Failor; 9 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service at Fellowship Community Church, 8451 Eagle Crest Drive (86th & Holdrege) at 11:00 am on, Thursday, February 21, 2019. Memorials to the family to be designated at a later date.
