Robert Wayne Paulsen, 89, passed away with family and dear friends in close attendance on October 26, 2016. Bob was born to Jack and Freda Paulsen and raised in Lincoln. Bob served in the US Army during WWII. Upon his retirement from the US Department of Agriculture, he moved to the Legacy Retirement Community. He made many friends there. He was a fine photographer and took many lovely pictures of family and friends. He loved playing golf and donated his time and skills to Habitat for Humanity to build homes for needy families. Bob is survived by his niece, Susan Mueller, nephew, Bruce Mueller and wife Ellen, grandnephew, Robert Mueller, great-grandnephew, Oliver Mueller, step-daughter, Eileen Lippold and dear friend, Portia Voekler. A memorial service will be held at Legacy Retirement Community at 10:00 am, Thursday, November 17th. Immediately following the memorial service interment with military honors will be held 12:00 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, Lincoln.
