Millie Reynolds passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022. Millie lived a long and happy life. She was born in Altona, NY on July 14th, 1938. Millie met the love of her life, Don Reynolds, in 1955. They were married on July 28th, 1956. Millie and Don had four children and later in life adopted their fifth child. After 63 years of marriage Don passed peacefully on January 7th, 2020.
Millie began selling House of Lloyd's toys and gifts once her children were raised. Quickly, she was promoted up the ranks, eventually becoming district manager. She excelled in this position and earned numerous trips around the world. Millie was a devoute Catholic and long-time member of Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Denton, NE. She was an active member in her community helping with the Denton Community Center's senior dinners, food net distribution, and events at the American Leguon Post #355.
Millie's interests included making quilts with her friends in her sewing group, traveling, playing cards, and most importantly, spending time with her family. Her most precious moments where when her family was around filling her home with love and laughter. Everyone knew you could expect a good game of cards when visiting her home.
Millie is survived by her children, Ken (Donna) Reynolds, Robin Callaghan, Terry Reynolds, Tim (Kim) Reynolds, Tee Jay Reynolds; grandchildren, Jessie Reynolds, Jason (Amber) Reynolds, Debbie Callaghan, Samantha Callaghan, Candra Reynolds, Jason Anderson, Jennifer Santana; great-grandchildren; Jairden, Billy, Jack, Logan, Lilly, Hannah, Faith, Riley, J.D., A.J., Amias, Eli, Skylar, Lilith, Ethan, Caden, Dylan, and Jazmine; siblings, Betty (Yves) Bourdon, Alfreda (Richard) Miller; many nieces and nephews. Millie was preceded in death by her husband, Don Reynolds, Grandson, Justin Reynolds; parents, Alfred and Velida Mesick; siblings, Joyce Barcomb, Gertrude Ashline, Orva Bouyea, and Sam Mesick. There will be a luncheon following the service.
