Martha Taylor, 100 longtime resident of Lincoln passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She was born May 11, 1918 to Christian and Augusta (Taube) Schroeder at Coal Valley, IL. She was united in marriage to Raymond Taylor on September 14, 1940. Survivors include her children, Elsie (Gary) Peeks of Hot Springs Village, AR; John (Angie) Taylor of Hot Springs Village, AR and Jim (Ann) Taylor of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Sherry (Jim) Naylon of Omaha, NE; Judy (Jeff) Johnson of Colorado Springs, CO; David (Jamie) Peeks of Mound City, MO and Megan (Richard) Gomez of Lancaster, CA as well as ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; son, Marvin; parents and sixteen brothers and sisters.
