L. June McCracken, 89, of Lincoln died September 11, 2014. Born June 18, 1925 in Lincoln, NE to Hannah and C.C. McCracken. Graduated from Lincoln High School in 1943. Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Nebraska; member of Gamma Phi Beta. World traveler. Survived by brother and sister in law, Dale and Joyce McCracken of Fullerton, CA; as well as many nieces, nephews and their families. Preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Maryellen Johnson; and a brother, Robert McCracken. Graveside Service will be at 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. No viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to the family.
