Joseph D. Jarboe, 78, of Lincoln, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014. He was born on March 16, 1936 in Leonardtown, MD to Ignatius and Mary (Connelly) Jarboe. 20 year veteran of the US Air Force. Loyal Husband and Father. Survivors: Daughter, Catherine Jarboe and husband Troy Martin. Sisters: Margaret Tippett and Peggy Stone. Preceded in death by: Wife, Margaret, Parents.
