Jerome E. Pool age 80 of Lincoln, died Thursday, May 21, 2015. Born in Malcolm, NE to George and Marie (Ladwig) Pool. Retired from Control Data after a 30 year career. He was a handyman, a backyard gardener, an avid collector and he served in the US Navy. He will be remembered most as a family man. Preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth and grandson Clint. Survivors include his wife Flora, children Carmella Cleveland, Molly (Dennis) Mertens, Edna (Larry) Jones, Mari (Timothy) Eckhout, Glen Weyler; grandchildren Christina (Dan) Sweeney, Bobbi (Jeremiah) Stroman, Summer (Micah) Fulmer, Chad (Nicole) Mertens, Zachery (Jenica) Hall, Timmy (Kara) Eckhout, Wyatt Jones, Connor Eckhout; 8 great grandchildren; sister Glenna (Dave) Snyder.
