Janet Guenzel

Janet L. Guenzel age 60 of Lincoln, died Saturday, February 21, 2015. Born in Denver, CO to James W. and Joan Siefert. Janet worked for the Sysco Corp from 1983 to 1998. She has owned and operated Papa Murphy’s Pizza since 1998 with her partner and soul mate Mitchell Murphy. She was a member of the Country Club of Lincoln. Janet loved all lessons learned in life and took everything in stride. Her one true belief was that none of us are immune from anything in our lifetimes. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom; father; step-father and sister Mary. She is survived by her mother Joan Schnick, Denver, CO; brothers Michael (Dawn) Seifert, of NC; James Seifert of CA; niece and nephew of Denver: mother-in-law Suzaine (Gene) Deeter, Lincoln, NE; brother-in-law John Guenzel, niece Carla (Sam) Beveridge; great nephews Jack and Gage; nephew C.J. (Cindy) Guenzel; great niece Callie; great nephew Quinn. Memorial service 3:00PM Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Private inurnment Lincoln Memorial Park.
