Born in Sutton, Nebraska to Wilhelm P. and Martha (Ulmer) Rauscher. Survived by: Children, Vern (Linda) Hansen, Linda (Bob) Hoffa, Norma (Kerry Winterer) Hansen; Grandchildren, Nick (Melinda Straka) Hansen, Ben (Russ Czeschin) Hansen, Emily (Greg) Neuman, Shelly (Tommy) Swartz, Kim (Todd) Gertsch, Jill Happold, Grant Winterer, Martha Winterer; Great-grandchildren, Abigail Neuman, Cody (Jordyn Penner) Hoffa, Tommy and Louie Swartz, Alie Gertsch, Collins Happold; Great-great-grandchildren, Mia and Aurora Hoffa, Declan and Cohen Penner. Also survived, by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her: husband, Hugh Dobler; parents; 7 brothers and 1 sister; granddaughter-in-law Elizabeth (Nick) Hansen; and first husband Ernest Hansen.
In retirement, after working with her husband in their small business, she was an active volunteer for the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia, Nebraska Historical Society, and over 20 years at Bryan Hospital. Crochet and needlework were her life-long hobbies. In later years she enjoyed bus trips, having lunch with family members at the Knolls, and watching sports (especially the Husker Women’s Volleyball Team).
