Fredrick W. Vance, age 91, of Roca, Nebraska passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022. Fredrick was born August 21, 1930. He is survived by daughter Deb, and preceded in death his wife Shirley and son Rich. Private graveside service, celebration of life to be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
