Elisha was born on June 26, 1980, to Leslie and Deb Cook in Lincoln, NE. She was a shining example of how to live as a special needs individual. She developed many friendships through being involved with Region V in Lincoln and Loving Homes Bellevue. Her fun spirit and quirky personality were always a hit with those around her. She was a huge fan of The Golden Girls and never tired of watching TV and she was always draped in bangles and bobs of multi-colored beads, preferably purple. She was always excited to show off her bling to everyone she met.
She is survived by her father, Leslie (Sharon) Cook of Lincoln. Her sisters; Samantha (Mike) Riskowski of Wood River and Stacy (Steve) Cotner of Naperville, IL, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special mention to two wonderful ladies, Lila Weaver of Papillion and Susan Elisha was equally fond of them both.
She is preceded in death by her mother Deb Cook
Celebration will be at a later date.
