Donald W. White age 77 of Lincoln, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at his home, from Parkinson’s disease. He was born on July 12, 1939 in Lincoln to Pearl and Irene (Cox) White. He married JoHannah (Jody) Davis on June 19, 1959. Don was a journeyman bricklayer and marble mason, following in his father and brother’s footsteps, Bob and Jerry White. Don started his own company White Sealants in 1963, which he ran with his son Mark. Don is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jody; son, Mark (Valerie) White; daughter, Denie Spire; grandson, Noah (Amie) White; granddaughters, Alisha (Adam) Mills; Sophia Spire; great-granddaughter, Ayanna; brother, Jerry White; sisters-in-law, Dorothy White; Susie Martin; brothers-in-law; Jerry Spirk and Rudy Spirk all of Lincoln, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bob, his in-laws, Gerald and LaVeta Spirk, sister-in-law, Joyce Spirk and niece, Lisa Rabe. Don was a member of the Rebel’s Auto Club, Christ UMC, and Lincoln Builders Bureau. Don lived life to the fullest, playing hard as he worked, skiing, fishing, antiquing and especially riding ATV’s. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 4530 A Street, Lincoln.
