Dennis Neil Linden

Dennis “Doc” Linden, 77 of Lincoln died Sunday, August 3, 2014. Doc was born October 12, 1936 to Orville and Florence (Larson) Linden at Scandia, KS. Doc was an avid sports fan; he loved bowling, basketball, and was a Husker football season ticket holder since 1957. Doc is survived by his wife Opal Linden; daughter Teresa (Glenn) Kozak ; mother, Florence Linden; sister, Neola Hromadka, all of Lincoln; as well as numerous nieces and special friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Linden; brother, Gaylord Linden; sister, Marlene Linden; and niece, Marsha Johnson. Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday August 8, 2014 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. Memorials in his memory have been suggested to the American Cancer Society or Tabitha Hospice.
