THOMPSON Clarence Ray Thompson, 86, of Lincoln, passed on to be with Jesus on Dec. 11, 2015. Born February 27, 1929 to Steven and Mary (Roudebush) Thompson in Lincoln, NE. he Served in the Army in Korea during 1950-1952. He married Margaret Ann (Skip) Powell in 1955. They enjoyed hunting and fishing together and owed and worked happily on a garden farm in west Lincoln for many years. She passed on to Jesus in 2009 and he has been lonely ever since. He suffered bladder cancer and a lung blood clot near the end of his life. He is survived by his step-son, Fred Powell of San Diego, CA and five nieces, one nephew and three great nephews. Grave side services will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home in the Four Apostles are on April 9, 2016 at 11 am o’clock. Family will meet at Gate 2.
