Bernard Lee Vance Sr., 82 of Lincoln died August 22, 2014. Born March 6, 1932. US Air Force 1951-1961 and Army National Guard 1974-1985. Survived by brothers, David and Thomas; sister, Dottie; children, Chris Lee (Lydia) Vance of Farmington, NM; Bernard “Sosue” (Judy) Vance Jr.; Dan (Chayo) Florez; Elizabeth “Betty” Vance; Florine (Andy) Calim and Mildred (Vernon) Byron all of Lincoln; 21 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. He will be welcomed into heaven by his loving wife, Mary Lorraine LaFlesche Vance and the many more who have gone on before him.
