Alisa M. Martin, age 64, of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Thursday April 10, 2025. She was born on May 29, 1960 in Imperial, Nebraska to Donald and Kathryn Munson. Her family moved to Lincoln when she was 5 years old. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1978. On May 1, 1982 she married Charles Thomas Martin in Omaha, Nebraska. From this union they had four children; Thomas, Christopher, Kyle and Andrew.
Alisa was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. She had an incredibly strong work ethic and was very proud to have worked for Zoetis for 46 years.
She was a devoted wife, and mom, but her greatest joy in life was becoming a grandmother. She often said that her grandchildren brought her happiness like no other, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and her parents Donald Munson and Kathryn Martin.
Alisa is survived by her four sons, Thomas Martin of Lincoln, Christopher (Sabrina) Martin of Lincoln, Kyle (Jackie) Martin of Lincoln, Andrew Martin of Lincoln, and nine grandchildren Kaelin, Kira, Gavin, Henry, Charlie, Abigail, Natalie, Marceline and Saoirse.
Services will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lincoln. Service will also be livestreamed at redeemerluthern.org.
Visitation with family present will be held Monday, April 14, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial 6800 South 14th Street.
