Alan L Fisher

Alan L. Fisher was born November 27, 1945 in Lincoln, NE to LeRoy and Marie Fisher. He passed away August 16, 2018. Alan served in the United States Army. He was a member of United Lutheran Church and Nebraska DAV Chapter 7. He was employed with BNSF for 42 years.

Preceded in death by parents. Survived by wife of 16 years, June; sons, Jeff Fisher of Aurora, Rick (Mary) Fisher of Lincoln, Robb (Jeni) Fisher of Lincoln and A.J. (Wendi) Rasmussen of Lincoln; daughters, Kimberly (Ken) Myers of Broken Bow, Kerri (Kenny) Spahn of Bellevue, Tracey (Jefferson) Pappas of Lincoln, Sheila (Bob) Benak of Lincoln and Nicole (Troy) Schacher of Lincoln; 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Marilyn Roysden of TX and Sharon (John) Burg of TX; beloved dog, Murphy and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorials suggested to United Lutheran Church or to the family for later designation.
