Douglas Tornio

Doug was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Violet Tornio. He is survived by his beautiful, loving wife of 45 years Debra Tornio. His children Jacquelyn Tornio (Andrew Callison) and Ryan Tornio (Jennifer Tornio), his grandchildren Emily, Ava, Evan and Eli and his siblings Susan, Sharon (Dale) and Daniel (Mae).

Doug enjoyed cooking new recipes for his family, spending time with his grandchildren, playing video games, going to car shows, he was a lifelong music fan and especially loved rock n roll. He was also very interested in science and space and was excited to see what the James Webb telescope would reveal about the universe. Doug was a kind and loving father, grandfather, son and brother and showed us all how to love and live life to the fullest.

Doug achieved the rank of eagle scout, senior airman in the United States Airforce. He was an integral part of teams in his work life that awarded those companies a Grammy and an Oscar. He proudly started his own company in 2006. He was a talented hardware engineer for 40 years.

We will be having a celebration of life on September 18, 2022, at 2pm.
