Amalia Avila, born in Jalisco, Mexico, passed away on July 21, 2019 in Lincoln, California. A long time Lincoln resident and member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband John, father Max, Mother Beatriz and three sisters.
She is survived by her sons John and Edward, both of Lincoln, and granddaughter Erika. She also leaves behind her brothers and sister–in-laws and several nephews and nieces.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, reading and especially being with family.
A visitation will held on August 1, 2019 from 4-6pm with the rosary taking place at 6pm at Lincoln Funeral Home. A funeral mass is being held on August 2, 2019 at 10am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
