Stephen Ray LeMar

Stephen Ray LeMar (AKA: Stevo), 59 of Lima died 10:25 a.m. Monday, July 1, 2013 at his residence, after a couragous eight year battle with cancer. Steve was born on November 2, 1953 in Lima; son of Roger Ray and Joanne Beverly (Boothby) LeMar. His father is deceased and his mother survives.

Steve was employed at Whirlpool in Findlay, Ohio as a tool and die maker for 22 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 96, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved going on family vacations, working on cars and riding his Harley.

Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie (Chad) Fisher and Shelly (Steve) Collins, two stepsons, Eli (Tish) Ditto and Josh Ditto. A sister Rogina LeMar, three brothers, Mark (Kelly) LeMar, Roger LeMar and Randy (Patti) LeMar, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nine nieces and nephews and ten great nieces and nephews. Steve was previously married to Judy Ann Lieb-Mumper.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger LeMar, a sister Cathy LeMar, his grandparents Albert and Laura LeMar and Don and Sophie Boothby.

Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
